    You can't break any glass blocks unless they are the normal ones. Sorry this is short, I'm on the server.

    It could be a custom plugin glitch or a weird bug in the system

    I'd say this is normal because it's not the same block ID. Normal Glass being ID - 20 and Normal Glass Pane ID - 102. And then you have the Stained Glass which is a complete different ID With multiple data values. You have the White Stained Glass which is ID - 95 and the White Glass Pane which is ID - 160. Then for the stained one there's data values from 1 to 15. So for example : 95:3 is the Light Blue Stained Glass! So they would need to add all these block ID's which I guess they didn't think about.

    Yeah, orange/putty needs to change the ID's of the blocks you can break and the ones you can't.
