    I know this is a dumb idea. But each player would start in a different volt and have a story that they could chose that they had to succeed before playing a new mission. If there were 5+ volts, players from each volt would be allies and could not kill each other. Players from different volts would have different colored name tags and starter armor (leather).

    When a player starts they can choose from different classes. But since I don't play fallout myself, I recommend players such as @public But since I don't play fallout myself, I recommend players such as @_PublicEnemy_ that have played the games add on stories and classes to add on to this idea.

    http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout_3 If you don't know what fallout it there is a summary of it. Anyways the only problems is with servers like these is that not many people play fallout maybe a few hundred thousand people play fallout, but a lot of those players are adults.
