    Possibly hardline in kjh's case (I don't know how hardline works exactly, please correct me if I'm wrong, which I surely am), I don't know about your problem, Begett. Sorry :V

    No, it just makes it so basically you only need a 14 killstreak instead of a 15 killstreak for EMP, and a 20 killstreak instead of a 21 killstreak for NUKE.

    Happened to me to I nuked and died and it said I had 20ks! And I didn't realise so I just randomly nuked twice

    It seems like we have quite a glitch. A glitch that can make the 20ks a nuke, when you may die on that 20ks.
