    I i have some problems with reporting people:
    I can't record at weekends, but i still see many hackers on kitbrawl etc.
    So i had an idear for a /report command.
    How it works:
    /report (playername) (what kind of hack) (server) (your name)

    So after i reported (ingame) the hacker it is going to save the report in a log.
    Every player can look into this log by doing /report log.
    It is going to show up every ingame report for the last hour.
    I think this would be very usefull to player who can't report.
    (Note: Using /report won't act as a real report.)

    I like the initial part of the idea, but I think it would definitely be abused, people would just spam it and do it when the player is clearly not hacking.

    This has been suggested before, but it never was added. This would be a lot easier for the newer players who have no idea on how to report. I want this added (after the whack a hacker contest, we don't want a ton of people spamming /report and finding out it's false)

    Maybe you can only report one player every 5 - 10 min this would stop the spamming.

    Lets say one of yours friends hates someone, if he wants him in trouble he can simply get all of his friends to also use /report on this one guy. This can be very mis leading.

    But they still need proof of hem hacking or nothing is going to happen.

    this command would easily be abused, as @soccerstars said if a guy and his friends would all use it on one person... they can also use alternate accounts wich would make it even more annoying, also how would the mods/admins be able to get all the proof if there would be about 50+ players reporting every hour? this would make for a lot of work. it would be better if this would only be given acces to mods as this will make it less abusive.

    I have seen that kind of system implemented on another servers and it doesn't seem to stop the hackers, griefers and all that. The good would be that this command will relay you to the link to report players.
