    I think you can, as long as you are selling it for the same amount as you bought it for.

    Not really since the rule says you can't sell copies of your account, doesn't mean you can't giveaway your account.

    You can give it away, but you can't sell it I believe.

    EULA isn't being enforced for 2 weeks, at least from what I've heard.

    As the EULA is you can't sell it. The new EULA isn't disabling donating ect, but allowing things.
