    My idea is fairly simple.

    1. Automatics like skully get total of 192 bullets.
    2. SMGs like UMP45 and P90 get around 128 bullets.
    3. Snipers like Isolator and MSR get like a stack of bullets each, but their ammo is not minimized 2 or more times.
    4. Shotguns like typhoid and model should get 64 bullets each, without minimized ammo.
    5. Donor guns like ray, mini and flame should get 128 bullets, making them a bit more useful.
    6. Pistols should get 40 basic bullets, all of 'em.

    Well the thing you need to keep in mind is that you don't give the wepons to much ammo because that will take away the point of scavenger.

    Opinion:
    I say that there should be ammunition differences, however, I think that the differences are too great. MVP and VIP get around 100 bullets when they start, so this would take the point out of it. Also, scavenger would be useless for every gun except for SMGs, since 192 bullets should be enough to nuke with, if you have an automatic. Also, the donor guns need anything BUT an ammunition buff. Since you had a personal hatred for cbows, MVP, ray, etc. I find it ironic for you to suggest a buff for the donor weapons' ammo. The three types I find are fine are SMGs, pistols, and snipers.
    Suggestions:
    - The automatics need an ammunition buff, but not that on big of a scale. Maybe 100-125 bullets would be fine, and MVP/VIP get 150-180 bullets.
    - Shotguns could have a difference (Ex: Model1887: 2 BPB (Bullets per burst) and m1014 1 BPB) of their bullets taken away per burst (I call it BPB for short) varying on the strength of the shotgun.
    - The donor guns are fine as they are, with mini possibly getting like 75 bullets instead of just 64, because you can fire all 64 bullets in around 5 seconds.
    - Consider the purpose of scavenger, and if scavenger will still be as useful if these buffs were put in. Also, MVP and VIPs get extra ammunition, so could you add in the amount of ammunition MVPs and VIPs would get when they start off a match with the guns?

    Smg's should have 192 bullets automatics should have 128 (my opinion about the idea). I accually don't like the idea but if this is gonna happen, then scavenger needs a nerf.

    No, but seriously, this would make scavenger useless and Skully would be OP.
    Raygun with over 100 bullets.. Gross..

    That takes away the point of using other perks. Don't forget, that actual call of duty has guns with over 200 bullets. This would be rather fair.

    About the donor guns, there is barely anybody who uses a donor gun without scanvenger, I mean minigun is fine as it is but could get a bit more ammo since you loose it quite fast.
    On the other the Ray-Gun and the crossbow should have less but a reasonable amount of ammo because they pretty much one shot.

    This would not go over well with the players who donated for scavenger. If they spent $3 on a perk that gives them ammo and all the guns already have tons of ammo, then it ruins the whole point of getting scav.

    If these were to be added, there would be no point of scavenger. Besides, MVPs have around 128 ammo for their primary, and a stack of ammo for their secondary. So the only use of MVP would be for the extra credits and XP.
