Pretty much the only good thing I see here is the not skipping a rank. You appear to have a semi-understanding of what the rank adds, though it didn't go into depth. You're missing a poll, and the builds are flat and lacking depth/block variety. -1.

Application isn't too good, you don't understand what it provides, and the application isn't too good, sorry but it's a -1 from me.

 

You say you need this rank because it'll give you more plots to build on. That's not really a valid reason why you need this rank, because it only gives you access to one plot in World 2. Your castle isn't that detailed and your second screenshot isn't even a build on the creative server. I'd suggest detailing and adding to the castle before trying to apply again since you still technically have a lot of plot space.
