    Are you tired of fighting in the day? Wish you could fight at night?

    Wait no more. With this new resource pack I've been working on, you can now fight at night, in a way!

    Night Warfare
    ​
    Notice: Requires OptiFine or MCPatcher to work! Without one of the two, it will not work! It can be found here.
    This is a module pack, which means it has no textures related to War, and therefore cannot be used alone. You can equip a War resource pack over it, just make sure this one is on top.

    Known Issues:
    • Objects that normally cast light do not

    Report any bugs if you find them. Again, you need OptiFine or MCPatcher.

    I really love this pack. Can you fix the glitch with blocks not giving off light. That'd make the maps look amazing.

    So, you just took the day sky texture, turned it to night, and there is night warfare?
    I usually combine texturepacks, so I'm interested on how you did it.

    I appreciate when people donate for me since I cannot donate myself, but of course you don't need to donate to me if you don't want to.

    I have not found a fix for the lighting glitch, I may just end up making all the blocks darker. I'm still trying to figure out if there's a way to create a nice night effect with MCPatcher, but I still have yet to find a solution.

    I was being a complete idiot and it took me 5 minutes later to figure it out, but that was when I was about to fall asleep in my bed.

    Minor update (not really): Created an addon to go with it. Weapons have night "camouflage", and have sound suppressors on them.
    Armor has night vision goggles on it. I may add a night vision render.
    Credit to @griffy718 for the template of the guns.

    How am I supposed to install the add-on? The textureender.jar file can't read the add-on resource pack for some reason?

    You still use that? o_o
    It's already converted to 1.7, you could just drop the .zip file inside your resourcepacks folder.....
    It's like the normal MC-War resource pack, just with different gun textures.

    Yes, it's my only perk.

    Update:
    I have found no solutions for the block lighting issue. I have two choices - leave it be, or just recolor the blocks to add a "night" impression. (may not be neat)
    Vote on the poll for which one sounds better.
