I recommend upgrading everything with the current town hall (except walls or the clan castle, they are optional).
I would go for barracks I guess, then the castle if you want, and finally the town hall.

 

I try to upgrade everything to its fullest that you can before you upgrade town halls.
So yeah, healers probs

 

I left. The clan wasn't really good.
If you can, upgrade one of your mortars. Don't do both at the same time.
It seems that you are basically a maxed out TH6, so I'd also advise that you clear all the stones and trees.

 

Get those damn Defenses maxed out

 

You should do the healers first, and then For you'r elixir upgrade you'r troops. Upgrade you cc For gold so you can have more troops defending you'r base. You should upgrade everything in you'r base before you upgrade the th. You can still have the walls lvl 4-5 if you want th 7.

 

You should upgrade everything (with a couple of exceptions that I'll get to) to its max level before going to town hall 7. Walls probably don't need to be maxed though, that can take a long time. I would recommend getting them to at least 1 level under the max though. Barracks don't really all need to be maxed either, you should only need one. The rest should probably at a minimum of 2 levels below the max though.

Also, the clan castle is a very important defensive building but most people don't realize it. If you can you should try to get it deeper in your base so your troops are not so easily drawn out.
