    For some reason all my staff applications get loads of hate an -1s but I dont get any real helpful comments lik "oh gee, I liked your intro but I think you need more dev with your other category" I just get people who tell me I'm not active even though I visit the forums daily even when I wasn't a member on them. People need to tell me what I am doing wrong and help me create an acceptable application. Its not my fault I can't freaking be online every damn second of my life, I do have an agenda and it doesn't revolve around MC. It revolves around my personal life. I have been going through very hard times and almost every damn person I know has a reason to hate me. I NEED PEOPLE TO ACTUALY GIVE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM AND JUST AGREE WITH THE MODS TO BE FAVORED
    Just a -1 or +1 doesn't help anyone. You need to supply a legitimate reason, if you can't then you should **** off an not bother about peoples applications.

    Well, considering you just typed in all caps, that pretty much shows you're not mature enough for the job...
    And everyone hates each other.

    Learn to deal with it.
    Take criticism. Make it beneficial to you.

    And this post was the executioner bullet that knocked you out of your game. You came in with 1 shot, missed, and tried to take a stab against a shotgun pistol.
