Stop Duplication Glitch

    So I have been playing with my friends and so happens right before the server restarts I dropped my Barrett and picked it up. When the server reset there was another Barrett sitting right there on the ground. Now all my friends spread it. And they betray me and all they do is duplicate. The last 10 seconds of a server before restarting is the beginning of once it's restarted. This means you could drop items in the ground and before it retracts pick it up and it will be there after restart. Now I will hopefully make a video of the glitch soon but please patch it.

    Honestly, I question the purpose of the restarts. Then again, I am a newb.

    Restarts are intended to clear lag. Barbed wire, tons of zombies: They cause lag. Lots of it. A short downtime resets the server (NOT items or positions) and allows less lag.
    This should also be in bug reports. Please use the proper section next time.
