Damage nerf to all the weapons.

    I find that all the weapons do way to much damage, rpk can kill me in under a second from 20+ blocks away and it is only a tier 1, I think that no weapon besides model with all shots hitting should be insta kill, I think that all weapons should take at least 2 seconds to kill you so you don't just get instantly shot and killed.

    Brandyn has said that he is focusing on main bugs in the plugin, then he will move on to gun balancing and better maps.
