    Is it possible that I could build a map for fpshg? Please correct me if this is posted in the wrong place. Also, can I make a resource pack for it?

    Feel free to make your own texture pack though!
    I don't know about making maps though. That would certainly be fun!

    I know we are implementing new maps in the future, so I assume you can try to submit maps for it, but I can't confirm.
    For the resource packs, you can make anything you want for a texture pack.
