    As we all know, there are lots of players who join the forums just so they can apply. My idea is that people cannot apply unless they have a minimum of 100 posts. They will receive a message that tells them this and they will know when to apply in the future. I think it should only be 100 because we have staff members, such as, Andy and Cuddle, with a little over 100 messages.
