Combat Logging. How to prevent it. (Old Server)

So there has been a lot of problems with the combat logging system lately. People have been constantly logging in and out and then saying why did I die. Ok so this is how it works. You log in and out a couple times. Nothing happens but then the third time you log in and out within 5 minutes you die. Many of you wonder why? Ok so as we know we all hate loggers and some loggers log in and out constantly because their scared. So they came up with the solution if they log in and out within this time frame 3 times they will die and you have their loot.

How to prevent it-
First of all try not to log into a server too manytimes within 10 minutes.
Secondly if you know that you have logged in and out twice just leave that server alone for about 30 minutes to an hour.
Thirdly if you know you logged in and out twice then three times just don't log in for about an hour and sometimes your lucky and don't abuse combat logging. (Not that sure about that one)
Finally try not to log from players unless your like full leather with an sr9 or no guns at all and their full d or full iron with guns.
