prestige ranking system

    Now as most of mc-war players know, once you reach up to lvl 31. You get prestige and you have a yellow tag. And then once you get to lvl 60, you have a indigo name tag. Now in COD there aren't just 2 prestiges. There is from prestige 1 to prestige 10. Or there is prestige 1 to prestige 15. (there are various COD games with one of those prestige systems). Now instead of just 2 types of prestiges, how about we take the COD prestige system and put it into mc-war? Now there is only 2 changes.

    If you reach a new prestige in mc-war, you do not need to get your exp, guns reset. Instead your colour tag changes. (eg: blue to red etc.) I believe that badges won't work too well, Colour will do. I believe that 9 Prestiges will do, since each time you level up, it takes extremely long.

    PRESTIGE RANKS:
    Idea 1: (i believe this is a bit too hard)
    31+ = yellow/gold (presige 1)
    60+ = indigo (prestige 2)
    80+ = brown (prestige 3)
    100+ = red (prestige 4)
    120+ = dark green (prestige 5)
    140+ = grey (prestige 6)
    160+ = light purple (prestige 7)
    180+ = maroon (prestige 8)
    200+ = black (prestige 9)

    Idea 2: (this system is a bit easier than above)

    31+ = yellow/gold (prestige 1)
    60+ = indigo (prestige 2)
    90+ = brown (prestige 3)
    100+ = red (prestige 4)
    110+ = dark green (prestige 5)
    120+ = grey (prestige 6)
    130+ = light purple (prestige 7)
    140+ = maroon (prestige 8)
    150+ = black (prestige 9)

    I honestly do think we do need more prestiges, but for sure some of these colours we can't use.
    Red = Admin
    Black = Difficult to read

    There are other problems but still. Also even though it's nearly impossible to get much higher than what you mentioned. Maybe you should consider spreading the levels out just a bit more after 100+. It's not nice to have to know all of these even with /profile

    1. Orange is admin on mc-war
    2. Joeymast did it he got up to lvl 180 before he got banned
    3. Some people I saw are lvl 140 I think idea 2 will work better

    As you said soccer, idea 1 I spreaded it out a bit more

    The reason why I did not really spread out the lvls in idea 2 is because once u lvl up, it takes longer to lvl up more every timeevery time

    This is going to be a long list of wrongs.

    A. Black is too hard to read
    And red is admin

    B. We simply do not need this many ranks, it would be hard to remember.

    C. A lot of the prestiges here are not even reached yet, and I doubt most people will ever come close to some of these.


    This could work, but, it needs some serious tweaking.

    1. That's just for orange, I think.
    2. Joeymast constantly glitched and crossbow spammed to level 180, most people wont get that far legit.
    Also, he had infinite mvp.
    3. You rarely see people that high, making levels to distinguish that high are practically useless.

    Oh really? Red is admin now, I read the signs of spawn in mc-war and I thought admin was orange...
    I tried to make mc-war look like a cod, since it is actually COD, in the game COD, you see a lot of people with different symbols eg: prestige 1-10 and fact is, I've been on a server where they have cod as well. They added the idea of prestiges, 1 to 10. And I see a lot of people that are prestige 8-9. But I m not going to advertise the server since mcbrawl heaps better. So I got this idea for mc-war. But I agree, there is going to be a few problems with this idea. I should have listed the advantages and disadvantages first :/

    The signs are very outdated, the map is probably a few months old.

    So as you can see, you can pretty much only use dark red as of now. Honestly, I really want to see how dark aqua and dark green look compared to normal aqua and green.

    Many of these colors do not exist. There is no way to add a new color without a mod.

    We're running out of colors quickly, so we can't really have all those extra ranks.
    Honestly I think 100+ is a big enough of an achievement. Extra ranks after that aren't needed.

    There isn't as many colors I'm minecraft, also the ranking system as already been recently changed.

    I'm pretty sure if you guys need some way to add new items (that aren't vanilla) without using mods I can get you that but it will be really complicated.

    This idea is good, but could use a few tweaks. In actual Call of Duty, each prestige has an equal amount of exp to upgrade to the next. This would make the server more like CoD, but I am enjoying our custom prestige system. The main problem is that we don't have enough colors to use for the prestige ranks. All in all, this idea could be possible if you take a few of these points into mind :smile:.
