Map and Gamemode Voting

    Easy. I'll explain it in 3 simple steps

    1. After every round, options for 3 of the different Gamemodes show up as options, and player have 30 seconds to type /voteG [gamemode name]
    2. After voting for the gamemode is finished, 5 of the different maps show up as options, and players have 30 seconds to type /voteM [map name]
    3. When voting for the map is finished, and the remainder of the time is done, the next match is that combination, and the cycle repeats after every round.
    The idea of this is to give players more freedom over the next match, instead of having to cope with a completely randomized system where infect, gungame, one-in, or FFA happens 3-6 rounds straight (its happened before, annoyed the crap out of me). Hope you enjoy:wink:

    Voting for maps will be added in 2.0.
    As the update is now coming out in smaller parts, we may expect this next month.

    Map voting will be added yes, but not game mode voting. This system is slightly different than the one being added. I'll let this stay open to see what people think.

    Nah! No Gamemode voting ._.
    How Credo said.. I think players will vote everytime for infect >.<
    Map voting... maybe but I don't know.. If some players like one map (e.g. carrier) they only vote for this and we have then always the same map ? :V

    New Update Voting.
    How it will be:
    • 1. Map_Gamemode 2. Map_Gamemode 3. Map_Gamemode
    • Different gamemodes and maps randomly
    • You can vote from the maps and gamemodes that are already picked.
    How it won't be:
    • Let's make it Domewaw Infected!
    • Infected Infected Infected!
    • Eww. Onein, FFA, Gungame.

    I don't know anyone on the server who wants to get stuck with infect straight more than twice (except for that one ray noob). Who the f*** have you been playing with.

    your thing on maps are a maybe, but again, just that ray noob will always want infect.

    No, you can only vote for the map, the game ode is already selected.

    Map voteing I think is perfectly fine as long as you only get a few choices. Gamemode voteing... ummm less so. All the people with ray guns might choose infct alot i would think...I say for gamemode keep it random.
