    Something I just thought of might make a good donator kit

    Demolition
    -Iron helmet
    -lether chestplate, leggings, boots
    -2 gernades
    -1 molotov
    -M16
    -24 ammo

    Grenadier
    -Lether Helmet, Boots
    -2 Grenades
    -2 Molotovs
    -2 Smkoe
    -2 Flashbang
    -Teir 2 pistol
    -16 ammo

    Infantry
    -Iron Chestplate
    -M4
    -32 rifle ammo
    -Teir 1 pistol
    -16 pistol ammo

    Grenadier probably should not have a pistol. Infantry might need less ammo since you have two weapons. Demolition could have less ammo since you have a bunch of armor and throwables.
    Although you did not include food into any of the kits so my suggestions might not matter as much.
    I would not might having these.
