Are you active and helpful on our servers, forums, and Teamspeak? -I am very active on the Warz servers and on teamspeak and on the forums with 400+ posts, I do what I can to help players on the fourms, warz, and on teamspeak. I am working currently on improving my maturity, also on helping players. I am very well known on the Warz community, so I get asked a lot of questions and I answer them the best I can. On the teamspeak I talk a lot to staff and other members. I am on everyday for at least 4 hours. If anyone has a question on or about Teamspeak try to answer it the best I can, but I cant always have the correct answer. On the Warz community I am a very active member, and uploading Warz videos every day to my channel. Almost everyone knows me so players know how i act in-game.
Approximately, how many rule breaker reports have you submitted? -
I have sumitted over 60+ rule breakers or more. I am always on WarZ the look out for hackers. My Youtube were I report the hackers at is www.youtube.com/mrbossranger. Over 800 subs strong now. When ever I think or see someone hacking I start recording. Then I will upload and report it just in case they were hacking. I get a lot of comments on my videos so I can see what the community thinks about the video, Which then helps to tell if the "Hacker" is hacking or not. This helps ban the hacker if many people think he was hacking and it was a close call if he was hacking or not.


How old are you? -I am 14. I turned 14 in February
What time zone are you in? -I am in eastern standard.
What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? -I started playing Minecraft back in 2012. The version was 1.2.4, I played on faction servers and fell in love. Then on other servers I started recording on were in 2013, from there I starting applying for staff on servers. On the first couple servers I was rejected, but later on accepted on other servers. I have been helper rank all the way up to co-owner of servers. I am very aware of the commands in Minecraft, staff commands and none staff commands. The first time I ever started playing Minecraft I was a noob but I have grown and become a very well knowledged minecraft player. I know all the normal commands /ban /tempban /kick /invsee /v etc....
What is your experience with moderating servers? -
I have moderated a'lot of servers. Starting with factions and then hunger games creative and prison servers. Even on some other guns servers. On most of the servers I have been staff on I have been loved and nicely liked as a moderator. I do not abuse the commands I am given or intend on doing so. I have worked hard as a staff member on all the servers I have been staff on. I have been promoted a'lot while being staff on those servers. I know almost every staff command there is. I talk to a lot of staff on Warz and I have learned how to moderate Warz. Just like all the other servers I have ever played on, been staff on. I learned from others then became a good staff member. I just resigned 1 week ago on weed kits due to my inactivity because of me always being on brawl.
What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? - I will provide a better WarZ community. As you already know the WarZ community is one of the worst out there. Since I am a well known player I can set a example on how to act in game. I also know what to expect by the Warz community if I am given moderator so I won't be scared by the community like some staff members have been. I can make a big impact on the servers. I will catch hacker's daily and be very active on the Warz servers and WarZ forums overall. I will not abuse any of the commands I am given. I will use them for what there used for, with permission first. I will try my best to clean up WarZ servers, I will try my best and most likely will clean out the hackers and players that macro. I have played for along time and I have a pretty good goal set to fix the WarZ community.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? -I've used hack clients before. I used them back in 2013, February 29th was the last day i ever hacked. I was tired of being banned on servers. From there I became very good at pvp and gun servers. I fell in love on WarZ and practiced a lot and become what some will say a good player. I don't intend on using hacks for a long time, because I find it more hurtful to the servers community and me as a hole. using a hack client can make you worse after your done using it.
Have you ever been banned on a Minecraft server? If so, why? -I have been banned for macro's and hacks. On WarZ I have been banned 2 times for macro's but appealed both times and was unbanned both times. Both times I was banned the proof of me macroing was very very poor. So I made over 6 videos proving I can't macro, and I was unbanned both times. On the other servers when I was banned for hacks I was never unbanned because I was hacking back in 2013 before February 29th. I have not hacked on WarZ ever though, and do not intend on doing so.

How active do you consider yourself in-game? - One of the most active players. I am on for at least 6 hours a day on WarZ. Recording and talking to other players. A lot of members like me so when ever I get on I get a'lot of hi and hey. I then respond very friendly and ask them hows there day going and we have a little chat.
How active do you consider yourself on TS3? -I and super active on teamspeak 3 now. I am on everyday after school or all day on weekends. All staff on teamspeak knows me and i have to say a good amount like me from what i can tell. I'm also on talking to players, and staff. I will be on for a good 6-10 hours a day.
How active do you consider yourself on the forums? - I am in the middle on the forums. I am working on improving my activity, I have 450+ post right now but like I said I am working really really hard to improve that. I am starting to go on forums every other hour for at least 30 mins.
What do you consider your greatest strength? - My greatest strength is talking to players and have a good little chat. I can sit down and just have a conversation with a player for hours, or another great strength of mine would have to be how quick i respond in-game. When i'm asked a question I respond super quick.
What do you consider your greatest weakness? - My grammar, my grammar has always been bad but, i'm working super hard to improve on it. If I don't know how to spell a word ill ask a friend or look it up. I know grammar is important for becoming staff, that's why i'm working very hard to improve mine.

How would you handle someone making a minor transgression for the first time? - I would warn then to stop doing what there doing. For example: "Spamming in chat" I would tell them to stop spamming please.
How would you handle the same person doing it again a second time? - Would kick them for what ever they are doing or, I would tell them to stop again. If spam I would give a second warning but, if something like DDos talk I would kick.
How would you handle that person doing it again for the third time? - Temp ban for 10 minutes for what they are doing, and report if what they are doing is serious.

What is your reaction if someone publicly proves you wrong on the forums? - I would say sorry on the forum post and explain to them why I thought what I thought. As a mod I know I will make some mistakes and I will take the blame for them. I will not point at everyone other then me.
What would you do when someone breaks a rule on the forums? -I would lock the thread and give a reason why I locked it Example "Locked thread reason: Requested by owner.

Anything else we should know about you? - My name is Blake, I am going into 9th grade. I play american football, the american kind not the other kind. I know in other countries football is soccer. My best subject in school is math. I have always had a math brain as my family would say. I'm very on going, as in ill do stuff some people would not do. I would think I am a very chill kinda guy. I am laid back most of the time but, get the job done when is needed. I work hard, and don't give up very easily. The first P.C game I ever played was a game called Maplestory. I then moved on to another one of there games called Combat Arms and met 3 guys who played Minecraft. Zak one of the 3 guys, showed me the game Minecraft, and made me buy a account. I started playing and I fell in love instantly. I then started making youtube videos and now have 800 subscribers, which is freaking insane!!
Situation: A player is out of the map on MC-WAR. What are the steps that you would take to ensure that this player and situation is properly dealt with? -I would /msg him/her how did he/her get outside the map, Then tell them to get back in the map. Next, if the player does not respond to me, I will kick the player from the server so they are aware that what they are doing is not allowed and how it is breaking the servers rules. If they then re-join and then go out of the map once more, I would then temp ban them, and as soon as possible report it and then let a Super-Moderator know of the situation.
Do you generally know how all the plugins and commands work? -Yes, I am friends with some of the staff team and I know how the plugins and commands work. I've also helped some of the staff out with some of the commands, plugins when needed.
Do you realize that if you are disrespectful or abuse your power, your power will be taken away? - Yes i understand. I trash talk little to friends in private channels as joke, but I don't in-game. I am working hard to change my little trash talk on the ts.
