So, when the MC EULA gets enforced, there are two things that could happen to the features that can only be accessed by donors. Both have the same ending. Still, better to say both. (I'm assuming that Mojang didn't change their mind on the EULA enforcement)

Option 1-MC EULA gets rid of buying kits and kits people have bought-Uncertain to happen:

Option 1 is when shops online selling kits get removed and players with ranks become regular players. This is an uncertain path as we all know that players keep their kits. However, Mojang might do a last minute change, so I made this option. So, in this path, we now have unobtainable donor features in game like Guns in MCWar and some VIP features in Minecraft Party. So what to do with them? Make them available to the non-donors. But with a limit. Have the features at a price. The prices would be high as they are OP stuff (except for MC Party Minigame testing).

Option 2-MC EULA gets rid of buying kits and donors keep their kits-Certain:

Option 2 is the option that is very certain to happen. It's when shops online go bye-bye and donors keep their rank. But, now donor stuff like the Ray Gun or the donor kits in Hunger Games are only obtainable by donors. They have the upper hand in every server now. And non-donors just give up playing because the servers no fun when your donor friend keeps beating you in Hungers Games or kills you constantly in MC-War with his Minigun. A lot. So there's 2 solutions to this. One is the solution provided in option 1, have features be unlocked at a certain price. This time raise the price (because donors can access the kit). The donors get the feature free. Solution 2 is to balance the kits. Problem is, now donors wasted their money on a used to be OP weapon/kit which is now useless in battle.

So what do you think about this idea? Is it complete (insert bad word here), or does it have potential? Or is it just a good idea, but not a good concept of doing it? Comment below.

When the EULA is enforced I'll be playing on Steam with my other MPS Steam buddies so we really won't give a damn at all. Just don't worry about it.

If this were to happen i REALLY doubt they will remove what was already purchased (that will cause chaos all over the minecraft media). I predict they will simply just stop allowing transactions BUT keep existing ones (many mad noobs)

Look at what I underlined in options 1 and 2 (mostly 2).

I think we need to stop putting this aside before it smacks us in the face come August. I've said it before and I'll say it again: We're kids; They're a million dollar cooperation. I trust Mojang, not you saying this will ruin all servers.

As for the original post, here is what will happen:
All donor items; guns, perks, equipment, experience, and boosts will be gone and can no longer be purchased as of August. McBrawl has a plan to keep these items in game still.

As for the two options, it is very hard to understand. Option one suggests balancing the kits and option two suggests making the server only donors? Please explain.

I will elaborate on option one though. The new EULA doesn't believe in balancing, as Mojang stated. Items that affect the game can NOT be bought. Period. It doesn't matter if they're available to everyone, they can not be sold for hard currency.

Solution two states that previous donors keep their perks and make everyone else quit, causing the server to become more pay to win than ever, the opposite of the point of the EULA? Please explain.

In conclusion, when August comes, we will have to cope with the changes. McBrawl will live on and we will be happy. Guns won't be bought, non donors will have a chance to play the game. More and more new players will stay on the servers since they aren't killed by miniguns, killed by teams who tp back, deprived of their noob status, killed by a ninja, or any other reason. Every player will be equal, the one goal of this new EULA. That is why the EULA is good. We will all be... Equal.

Bob8iscool, lots of things I need to say about your post.

1: I have no idea how you got option 1 suggests balancing the kits and option two suggests making the server only donors. I never stated that. Option 1 has kits no longer being buy-able and donors don't keep their kits. Option 2 has kits no longer being buy-able but this time, donors keep their kits. The reason I have 2 options is that we all know Mojang has set their sights on option 2 and letting donors keep their precious kits, ranks, and guns. Option 1 is there just in case Mojang changes their mind at the last second. Lets all hope Mojang doesn't do that.........

2: More talk about options. In option 1, it's not balancing the kits, it's about making donor features (donor guns, donor kits, that stuff) available to everyone, as in option 1, donors lose all their stuff they have worked hard for to buy (with real life money). Don't worry, this is not to happen. It's just there.......do I need to repeat myself? No. As of option 2, donors and non-donors play in MC-Brawl together. Problem is, donors are beating and winning over non-donors as they have more OP items than them. Still possible to beat them, but it's not easy at all and most non-donor players can't do it. Thus, why I have donor items being possible to be bought by non-donors using in game money (at a expensive price).

3: On your point of Mojang stating that new EULA doesn't believe in balancing, two things. One, at the end of your post, you said: "Every player will be equal, the one goal of this new EULA. That is why the EULA is good. We will all be... Equal.". Note the parts I underlined. You state that EULA's purpose is to be equal while you know how that the purpose of this EULA enforcement is not to balance (equal).

4: From your 5th paragraph, it's not a solution. It's what Mojang is doing. They're removing shops and letting donors keep their OP stuff. And what I'm stating that this will make everyone quit. I'm only telling what will happen in the future of MC-Brawl. Total chaos. This is what Mojang is doing. This is the destruction they will cause. I know most of you believe: "Oh, hey you, ray-noob, on August, say goodbye your dear raygun!". No, that is not what's happening. Mojang is doing the complete opposite. I once believed this, but now, after researching and being told by a whole community of a server (not MC-Brawl, another forum), I now know the truth. The EULA states that you can't use Minecraft to earn money? Well, you know how they're enforcing it? The way to enforce it is to get rid of shops, not getting rid of donor kits and items players bought before. And, servers have to return a lot of money if they had to revoke a lot of donor items.

5: At your last paragraph, you have a 2 mistakes. One, if there are no donations, there is no money being earned. IF there is no money being earned, MC-Brawl can't pay the people keeping the server up (MCProHosting, those people). If MC-Brawl can't pay the people keeping the server up, the server goes down, resulting in MC-Brawl not living on. Thus, not making players happy at all. Two, the MC EULA isn't good at all. You think it's good, but think deeper. MC EULA prevents non-donors from beating donors from destroying shops. It lets donors keep their precious donor items so they can beat up and mock non-donors. And finally, the MC EULA can destroy the whole server itself. Without shops, there's no money being earned. And other servers, run by kids or people who can't earn enough money (not Chaploo, he'll find a way (I hope)) will go down in a instant. MC EULA will destroy Minecraft altogether (as most people play Multi and Single Player is very boring).

In conclusion, MC EULA is the 2012 of Minecraft (if you don't know what 2012 is, it's doomsday). From all this info I've given you, I've corrected your thoughts on my thread and hopefully, have made you see the dark side of the EULA. And seriously, about most of the Minecraft community hates the EULA and how it will affect Minecraft Mulitplayer. Bob8iscool, if I still haven't convinced you, you should do 2 things. 1, is to find proof that the EULA is good. Find at least 2-5 information that proves the MC EULA is actually good (and provide the source!). Or 2, if you don't believe me, go find yourself more info on how the EULA is bad. Good day, bob8iscool.

    1. I can barely understand what you were trying to say in the first point. The first point is what will happen, NOT the second point. Those who donated for things will not have them once August arrives. Mojang is planning on option one. Do your research.

    2. This entire thing isn't needed, as option two is out of question.

    3. The EULA doesn't want balancing donor kits to non donor kits. The EULA is about balancing, by making everyone equal as donors shouldn't have an advantage.

    4. First off, like I've already said, option two will not happen. People with donor guns will not keep them when August comes. If this were to happen, which is not what Mojang ever meant, the opposite goal would be achieved. The servers would become more pay to win, except now you can't even pay to win! You misread the new EULA and what you made out of it is completely illogical. Putty has sent me in a pm that people will be given refunds if needed.

    5. Here are your two mistakes: saying I have two mistakes. Mojang is enforcing a rule that has always been in existence; not to sell Minecraft features for real money. We should be grateful that Mojang is allowing cosmetic donations to still be in place, and not complelty remove shops. Putty has reassured me that the server will live on past the EULA. You are taking a too negative approach to this. Again, the donors will not keep their items.

In conclusion, you are wrong about the EULA. I've been playing Minecraft since 2010, undoubtably longer than you. Things have happened to Minecraft where people said it would die. Guess what, we're still here. 2012 happened. Guess what, we're still here. The new EULA will come. And guess what, we'll still be here. I encourage you to tell me what is about the EULA, instead, with proof. Not just "it will kill mc" but instead proof as of why.

Also, this other server you read from is illogical. I know that McBrawl will not let donors keep their perks. This is stupid, and as you said, would kill McBrawl. Donors will not keep their stuff, and like I originally said, we will all be equal. This EULA is good because you have to pay to win, and now you don't. Were all equal.

I'm not sure about this, but I read the Q&A for the EULA, and it seems free trials are fine as long as members doing the trial and paying members have access to the same gameplay features. I'm not sure if this includes gameplay changing features or not, but the question about trials would seem pointless if it doesn't.

Bob8iscool, only one way to find out who is right and who is wrong. Wait til' August 1st.

Also, I want to say that the argument just ruined the purpose of this thread. The purpose was to suggest what would happen to donor kits/items after August 1st. And by arguing the thread turned into another MC EULA protest thread. Just stop arguing, and to repeat, we'll see who's right on August 1st.

Not really. I just said your ideas wouldn't work. We'll see though.

Bob, after a long thought to myself, I just wanted to say that I'm sorry for creating an argument with you. It's just that I got caught up with trying to prove that EULA will let donors keep their donor items. Remember when I said that I once knew that donors would have their donor items gotten rid of. Then someone told me that donors keep their ranks and donor items and the whole community agreed (this was on a forum) and that's what happened.

So I just want to say sorry about causing the argument. I'm just gonna stop posting stuff like this on the forums and focus on reports, map submissions, and suggestions. Good day.

apology accepted, I suppose. It wasn't that much of an argument though. The EULA is confusing and you misread it, that's all.
