    if you die in spleef and you bought the fire balls the fire balls stay in your inventory and you can use them to kill people still.

    oh one more thing you can break the ice glowstone and torches when you die to

    The fireballs thing is on purpose.

    Breaking things will be patched in 1.8, no reason to hassle a fix for it now.
