    I think that kill-streak abilities should show up as an icon in the players inventory that you have to click to activate so you can have a better choice of when or where you want your emp or when you need your ammo.
    ideas for images
    ammo:an ammo crate
    emp : a time bomb with electricksparks
    nuke: radioactive symbol

    This could be easily abused, imagine being nuked and EMP'd immediately afterwards.

    Ya if you go into creative with the texture pack, I think some of the cd's are textures with ammo, emp, nuke, and airstrike. These will most likely perform the same as picking weapons. You open the eye of ender and pick your killstreaks.
