Updating the Staff Rank Sign at Spawn

    The title is pretty much self-explanatory. Currently, the sign has the old colors for the staff rankings. It needs to be updated to the new staff colors so that new players don't think everyone with an orange tag is an admin.

    They need to update a lot more than just the staff colors.
    That staff hall hasn't been changed since November 2013.
