    I was playing a game just minute ago and something kinda weird happened. A player was mostly in the ground with only his head showing. This made him impossible to hit because of all the grass around and I was dead in a minute. This has happened before but I have evidence now. If this glitch happens to others as well I think it should be fixed soon.

    This is a glitch that cannot be helped by servers. Everyone gets this glitch. F3+B let's you see hit boxes. They are usually standing where their head is, so if you aim above their head you should be able to kill them. Reloging can also work, but that doesn't work in fpshg.

    This is a bug that Minecraft has itself. The players hitboxes are still where they're supposed to be but the model itself is off. It can't really be avoided. Like Chopo said, pressing F3+B shows hitboxes which might help you but at the moment, there is nothing we can do about it.
