    Question: Why some of the staff members have simple grammar mistakes (e.g. Your instead of you're, Ill instead of I'll, etc.), while majority has none?

    You'll find I often make simple grammar mistakes, most of the time because i'm juggling 3 or 4 jobs at once as well, so at times I do make the odd mistake. Everyone makes mistakes, right?
    Also, not all of our staff members are British / Amercan, so have a different language as their first language, so we can accept a few mistakes here and there.
