I'd like you tell you guys about my new clan FTW! (For The Win)

I made the clan right after the clan reset, I really like the name "FTW", and it was taken by an un-active member, so the clan reset gave me the perfect chance to create the clan! Originally I was going to make the clan 36+, but I decided to make it level 30+ so other members could join too. (Plus I have some friends who aren't level 36+ yet)

Requirements:
Level 30 and a good attitude!


How to Become a FTW Moderator
​

So, you want to become more than a FTW member, well you came to the right place. Follow these steps and you will make a great moderator in FTW!

*Being a friendly player
If you typically be a nice person to the community and be kind, helpful and typically don't rage/disrespect. these qualities are great for becoming moderator in FTW.

*Being Active
FTW needs active moderators, try to play every week or so. Being active increases your chances of being moderator greatly, because I get to see how you act to other players and the community in general.

Having a Forums Account
Having a forums account is very important in becoming a FTW moderator. I will try to have every FTW mod have a forums account- so you can be informed of blacklisted and strikes on FTW members. PM @@soccerstars to be added to this personal chat of all FTW moderators.

Having Teamspeak
Having teamspeak is extremely helpful for me to communicate, and see how you are as a person.

*Being Loyal
Being loyal is one of the most important step into becoming of FTW moderator. To become a FTW moderator you have to remain loyal to FTW for at least a month - without switching to other clans. Once you switch to another clan, you are less likely to become a FTW moderator.

*Required to become a moderator in FTW.


Exceptions

• If you are a Mc-War moderator, you automatically get moderator in my clan.
• If you are a real life friend of mine (and you are 30+) you automatically get moderator.
• Some level 100+ members will get FTW moderator automatically. (based on decisions)

FTW's Stricter No-Tolerance Policy​

I would like to inform you about a new policy I created to FTW members and future FTW members.
As FTW is growing (over 100 members), I would like to set down some good solid rules and make/keep members of my clan friendly and mature.

How does this new policy work?
The policy I thought was a good idea was a three-strike system. The three-strike system is where each member/moderator has three strikes. If he/she breaks one of the following below it will result in an automatic strike (and kick) or a warning then getting kicked + a strike. If he/she has three-strikes they are permanently banned from FTW. I will keep track of players with strikes with pen and paper.

The following will result with one warning, then getting kicked + strike:
- Out of Map glitching
-Raging (constant swearing and/or disrespect)
-Hackuations
-Spamming Chat/personal messaging
-"Noob" calling
-(Please tell me if I missed anything important)

The following will result in an automatic one strike and kick:
-Grenade glitching
-c4 glitching (if that still is relevant)
-Out of map glitching (after warning)
-Raging (after warning)
-Hackuations (after warning)
-"Noob" calling (after warning)
-Staff disrespect
-Banned (while in FTW)
-Spamming chat/personal messaging

Automatic 3 strikes:
-Abusing moderator powers (applies to
FTW mods and future FTW mods only)
-Hacking of any kind (***Proof is needed)
-(Please tell me if I missed anything
important)

If you see a FTW member/moderator going against the rules above please report them to the FTW staff with screenshot/video proof.

Home Server?
FTW's home server is 12.
