Did the M16A4 get nerfed?

    Question: I was wondering, because someone said that the M16 was nerfed in a way that it can't be to op when Comboing with the Barrett. Is this true, because when I used it, I killed someone almost instantly.

    Hasn't been touched since the new map.
    We nerfed it, I think, 0.5 hearts per bullet then.

    So to the body it's 0.5 hearts per bullet but how about the head? Or is it the same.

    The head is a static multiplier. I am not sure what the amount is.
