    I've noticed lately people have mc names they don't actually like (cause their preferred name when they bought mc the name is taken)

    Also there might be a name like mine stork12345678 has many numbers behind it which makes it confusing

    so i thought you could add nicknames since a nick name is barely a change to a player so it should cost 25 cents

    title in the buycraft shop: Nickname

    Description in buycraft shop: Rename your self

    When added to cart it a text bar will show up telling you to enter your nickname

    Price: like i said 25 cents

    There is already a way to do this for free although i don't know how
    example @PrinceJace in game (or at least creative) is Jace

    Minecraft now supports name changing. Although we can not access this feature until Mojang decides when. For more information check out this website.
    Adding this would also add new and unwanted problems. Staff would have to deal with players picking "mean" or offensive nicknames, all players would have to access to /whois so that they could report hackers, figuring out who is who to report someone would be a pain, and if they did not have /whois then cheaters could get away will all kinds of things. In general this would be more of a hassle.

    I say no because people don't want to spend 25 cents just to get nicknames cause then people who want it badly and don't want to pay 25 cents or cant will be jealous and be angry.
