    NOTE : I do not know if this is possible or not.

    I had this idea for the EMP killstreak that instead of getting blindness maybe the cross in the middle got removed. That will also make the people using optifine to get rid of EMP unable to.

    I'm pretty sure it's impossible, although it is a good idea. Plus, wouldn't we just be able to know where the gun is pointing, and base the shots off that? o3o

    The removal of potion effect while having optifine was removed in 1.2.5 I believe.

    No it wasn't, I had it enabled in OptiFine a week ago on a library computer, but I forgot which thing it was :/

    Yes it was as of optifine 1.5.2_HD_U_D5 No 1.6 version of optifine has that feature and does not give you advantages during EMPS
