staff app questions

    Hey,
    I'm not sure if this has been posted or suggested before, but, it has recently come to my attention that one of the questions, the mc-war scenario question, doesn't really make much sense if a member is applying for any server but war, as there are some members who stick to one game, such as mc-warz who may not be put in a situation like that normally, although it is arguable that this question is relatively easy and most people would be able to answer the question due to it's style: Here is a person breaking the rules, tell us how you will stop them breaking the rules. Despite this being a question that will have a similar style no matter which rule said player is breaking, I would think it would be better if the question is tailored to that specific server. Although this may be seen as confusing by seeing different scenarios in different apps and a waste of time, I think it would be best if the member gets a kind of "taste" of moderating that server and show people how the will act on the server itself should a problem arise.

    Once you are off of trial staff, you become a global staff member. You'd be dealing with War if you ever went on there.

    But for the thread, when you get accepted, your in a trial stage if you've gone through that, you get global moderator and purple for the server you are moderator on.

    I was thinking of re-writing the Staff Applicaton template myself soon, to make it more complex / difficult and to correct strange things like the MC-War question you mentioned above.

    That would be good then mods can see more of the kind of person writing. most the replys if seen on that question are similar.

    Ah, I haven't been on for a long time (about a year, so things have probably changed) so I didn't know that once a staff app gets accepted they become a g-mod, that makes sense now. You can lock this thread if you want

    It's not immediately, once you have passed Trial, then you become a Global Mod.
