With the few bad locations I tend to respawn in time and time again, I lose a lot of humanity from all the times I have to suicide before I spawn next to 'gas'. So it's a real pain to work my humanity back up every time I spawn in a bad location. No amount of humanity should be lost from suiciding.

I'm guessing it's supposed to deter people from spamming /kill to get a good spawn. Personally I don't mind about my humanity. It should stay the same in my opinion, otherwise people would do it way too much :V

Right here. People do have tendencies to abuse this command to get to good places constantly.
If you don't care for your humanity it does ease up this command though.

If you care about your humanity, don't do that. But if you are at the point of no return, like me, then keep doing it
