barret still op and weird

    so i was playing beaver_tdm and i decided to use barret because i didnt have iso yet on my alt, so i got this, something weird also happened, when the game started i headshot someone, he no die, but when i shot someone else lower he died, i think this is awkward with the fact that headshot should be insta kill even if this gun is nerfed idk 2014-08-19_20.45.11.png

    All snipers should instant kill on headshot?
