    A Clan Leader’s primary responsibility is (or should be) to coach their shooters to perform at the highest level they can achieve and help them improve their weak areas.

    A good manager manages each team member differently, based on each person’s personality and motivations. All these shooting concepts can be taught!

    Bring out the best in people and not and talk about scores/hackers/noobs/etc.
