    Question:hey guys,
    It's been quite a long time since i've been here (about half a year) but if I remember correctly members were allowed to comment on staff apps to give feedback, however when I tried this just now it says I have insufficient privileges (meaning either locked or staff only) but the app wasn't locked. Is this a new thing or have I basically misunderstood the whole app process?
