He didn't killed 117 people.

He tortured and killed the every player over 3 times.

Flashbangs can cause seizures
C4 is a big radius blast anti-personal weapon considered illegal
but the thing I afraid the most is that he used nuclear weapons 2 times in such a short laps of time.
Using nuclear weapons is considered to be an international war crime and should be sentenced to death.

 

I believe he should be given the death sentence before World War III begins.

But he has committed many crimes, including but not limited to:

• Possessing an upgraded version of the L96A1, which is only available to the military.
• Having a DEagle .50 cal. Ammunition like that is looked down upon even with usage in the military, and is certainly illegal in a public area unless you are part of the military.
• Hiding C4 plastic explosives, which are lethal deadly explosives which the public should not have (the public shouldn't get explosives.), and flashbangs, which can cause seizures, permanent blindness or deafness, hearing and seeing problems, and in rare cases death.
• Killing 117 innocent civilians, and having fun doing it. It is a serious thing to kill one person, let alone 117.
• Launching 2 tactical nukes to kill everyone in the area. This crime alone is enough for 2 life sentences, as if gone wrong this could end the world as we know it.

I do believe he deserves the death sentence, for all his unforgivable crimes.
