So as all of you know, the server has a problem with noob and hacker calling. But in recent weeks I find that its even worse than that. I regularly see people calling people a lot worse things than that. Like yesterday there was a kid that was bulliyng a player for being a girl. And since there almost never is a mod on when I play, I try to get them to stop or try to calm the flame war down. Sometimes it works, but sometimes I get called(bad things) and sometimes they say "dont play mod" or "dont think you are the police". Ive even had flux members say this and I tought FLUX had a superstrict policy. Some things need to be done.

Thanks for taking the time to read all my rambling which is written with horrible grammar.

Whilst it is true hat we have a major problem with the community - it's also fair to say that the majority of it is not extremely harmful stuff. Sure there are lots if spammers and ragers, but if your these people in real life then they wouldn't have the balls to say any of these things to your face. What gives them their power is people's reactions; if you respond to them, they're getting what they want: your attention. If you ignore them, then they will soon learn that no one area about them, and how stupid and dumb they look to people who are mature.

To avoid them, just do /war chat. This'll stop you from seeing any of the vulgar language that's going on. Friend the staff on the hub, when someone is taking it too far then get them on. People have no power against the staff. If the person is bordering on racism, sexism or homophobia them you can report them. Our staff does not tolerate things like this at all.

Well. If I do / war chat I cant talk to people I actually want to talk to and if im ignoring them.... well many others dont which starts a massive flamewar. And I see racism, sexism And homophobia quite a lot but a mod told me that sceeenshots arent accepted.

Lately i've been trying to make the chat clean but some have been saying the same thing to me. "Are you a mod?!"
And i reply with "No, but i can try and get a mod on if you want to talk about it with him" So then they start saying oh no i'm fine..
Every war server i've been on i've tried to stop the noob calling, hackusations (which are usually being spammed), Spam, sexism, etc..
I've also been told that because i'm a girl i shouldn't be on mine craft..
Mostly on server 1 as its the busiest there tends to be tons of noob calling there. It obviously won't change tho if we come onto the forums and complain about it. There have been tons of complaints about this before but whats the point? We should all be on the servers trying to clear it up instead of being on here. This is just my opinion.

My advice is that if you can't find a mod online, just friend them on the hub, and go on the server they're on, and ask them to help you. However, if there's literally NO moderator online at the moment (which is probably unlikely), and the player is doing something very bad, like flaming at somebody with extreme words and such, screenshot it and PM a moderator. Then if we see that player in game, we'll keep a closer eye on him/her.

I always try to calm players down and yes, it works almost every time for me. I know maybe other players won't have this and the flame war / noob calling continues. Try to get a screenshot of the person(s) and report them on the forums.

Too tired to report players the whole time?
Feel free to send me your screenshot(s) of the rule breaker. If I receive them, I will report them.
    - there needs to be enough proof.
    - I need to be able to get the name(s) of the rule breaker(s).
    - your screenshot(s) need to be taken recently.
    - you can send me the screenshots via a conversation with me. (Multiple screenshots allowed)

I hope I can help the community as much as possible by this idea.

He is talking about how the War chat is not a very clean place.

War is an incredibly hectic server, and the basis of it does allow a lot of people to rage very easily at it.
The best thing you can do is say something in the shout box, or message a moderator if you have a TeamSpeak. If a mod does not reply on TeamSpeak, you can message another mod. Moderators are the ones with purple badges with an M in the middle. Make sure they are not AFK.
They will try to get on as soon as possible. War is insane, and it needs a lot of work on with the chat community at times.

I am mostly always on MC-War server 1, so if you need a moderator to calm the chat, take a look at server 1 and see if you can find me there. I can also add you on Skype if you want me to  You're norwegian, right?

This is why Tallscot, Poske, and me are there. However we can't be on all day long, just ignore what they say. Say something like this "No, however I help enforce the McBrawl rules". Something like that. SweetLava you may not notice but what your doing is helping us out. Thank you.

    heres what I will do.

    1. I would ask the player to stop, if he refuses, I would have to take a screenshot of him.
    2. I would go to a mod that I have friended, and ask the mod to keep an eye on that player.

    OR

    2. I would go on the forums, PM a mod about that player and send a screenshot of the player harassing others. the Mod can keep an eye on him.

Just to add, in the PM please put the server number for us. We don't want to be looking on all the servers for that one player. But yes, I recommend doing this.

I already ignore what they say because I believe what you and the staff are trying to do are right, so I've decided to help out doing my best.
