Tp glitch?

Ok I know that most of the mc-warz "veterans" have known about this for a while, but I just thought that maybe it should be fixed. Here are the steps to do this "glitch"

1. tp to someone but spell there name wrong (example: /tpa toxic_dyll)
1a. tp to someone who isnt on.
2. a message will pop as usual error: player not found.
3. then type in the username again correctly (example: /tpa toxic_dyl)
3a. log into the server with the person you want to tp to and send the tp again.
4. it will say you must wait (however long you have to wait depending on rank).

I don't know if you guys really care about this glitch cause I don't really, but I am just posting it now because I was in a fight and then I died so when I tpd to dyl I spelled his name wrong (cause im typing really fast) and then I spell it correctly now and it says I have to wait. You can guess what happened next, dyl died...

I know how it happens I just wanted to make the mods aware if they weren't already.
