    This isn't people spamming the chat. These are announcements done on a roster. The reason why these seem to be appearing so often, is because no one is talking in chat. If there were people talking, then they wouldn't seem to appear as often.

    Last time the time between announcements was increased, they basically disappeared. I don't think it's spam as it is. It's just that everyone you're playing with is too shy to talk v:

    It only looks this way if you open your chat. If you are just chilling on the hub you'll see one pop up at a time.
    Plus, if you don't spend much time on the hub you would never see the messages.
