    Yeah, I'm talking about it.

    I have realized recently camping is very effective for one reason: You can spray all day with guns like the skullcrusher down a hall, I've tried it without scavenger and it doesn't work at all. I honestly think people should still get rewarded for staying back but this is just insane, free ammo so you can spam across half the map and get free kills. The nerf for this is simple

    Make it like regular cod, make it so you can pick up ammo from other players with scavenger

    If a scav user kills someone, they will die for 15 seconds and lay on the floor like on minecraftmurder
    That gives the user time to go get the ammo and run.

    I like the nerf idea for Scav.
    Makes more since and would be a great for scavenger.

    I strongly believe this would reduce the opness of some guns, especially with forcing you to play more tactical. What better way to nerf an op perk then making more of a replica to the CoD depiction?

    Maybe the ammo drop could last around 30 seconds, even after the body despawns. That way you would be able to restock on ammo when you are engaging in long range combat without worrying that your spoils will disappear.

    EEhh. I really dunno.
    I mean, anyone who knows me knows that I HAAAAAATE campers, camping, and anything of that sort.
    The thing with CoD is that you spawn with a lot more ammo. In Mc-War....eh, not as much; you get maybe 2-3 clips (some exceptions). I agree with cbs--a 5 second time limit would put snipers and longer-ranged oriented type players at an extreme disadvantage. In my own humble opinion, for this to work, the time limit for the ammo despawn would have to be a lot more than 5 seconds, and the amount of ammo you would receive upon spawning in would have to increase.
    In any case, as much as CoD and Mc-War are similar, we cannot forget that they're two very different games.

    Needs a lot more tweaking. Keep in mind that we would run out of ammo so quickly. So, you should buff primary ammunition, too.

    Maybe make it so you get 1 magasine for your primary and secondary weapon like real cod

    The problem is, mc-war is not like real CoD.
    In real CoD you can pick it up with a small change of facing an enemy,
    in mc-war you will probably face multiple enemies or a wave and die.
    This nerf will only work on servers with a low amount of player on it,
    since mc-war doesn't have this scavenger will be useless in most cases.

    If you want it more like you should also make ammo packages where everybody can get infinite ammo :stuck_out_tongue: #OP

    Main issue- CoD is mostly 6v6 now. War is 15v15 on average, usually 40v40 on server 1.
    You have to use different gameplay styles.
    A better nerf to scavenger while keeping gameplay intact is to reduce the amount of ammo gained back. Then other perks could be buffed.

    Well also think about snipers. I wouldn't really consider it camping if they're actually sniping, like on WildWest. You would get practically no ammo, especially on maps like WildWest, because if you actually try to get to the place you were sniping, it's nearly impossible.

    Use a shotgun c:

    Guns like the ray wouldn't be op, but I can still rush in get some ammo and get out.

    Also infected would return to the goal is to stay alive from geting 300+ kills

    I'd like to be able to have a chance with an automatic weapon, thank you very much.
    A perk shouldn't restrict your gameplay, it should enhance it.
