HELP! Can't connect to the server!

    I was recently on playing on the server 4.mc-warz.com with a friend. After entering a area where we saw a stronger team of players, we both logged off using /logout . A few hours later, I tried to log back on the server but it keeps saying the connection refused and there is no further information. I've tried to get back on the server various ways like refreshing the page to trying a direct connect. However, it still doesn't work. Can anyone give me an idea or solution to this problem?

    I get this error quite a bit. I usually just close out of Minecraft and re-open it. However, I did a little bit of research and your problem could be with the Firewall. Make sure the Firewall is allowing outgoing connections.

    Try direct connecting to the server then doing /hub. This has worked for me. I think we are facing an error with the 1.8 update.

    We are currently updating our servers to 1.8, connect to our hub ( mcbrawl.com ) and connect to the servers there. :wink:
