    More about us: We are a team that strives to be the best it possibly can. If you want to become a member of Vortex then then leave an application below.

    - How long have you played WarZ for?
    - Estimated skill level 1/10?

    - Do you understand that hacks will not be tolerated in our team?
    - Do you agree to follow the following rules / Regulations?
    - What is your current Mc-WarZ Rank?
    - What is your preferred choice of weapon? Barret50.cal Spas Ak-47?
    - Do you currently have a Youtube channel? and what is your channel name?
    - Skype is a requirement if you don't feel comfortable putting down your Skype, PM me privately.
    - What is your preferred method of attack? Flanking, Rushing, Sniping, Or defensive camping?
    - We have no concern about your age or your voice depth, as long as you are able to provide us with your services out on the battlefield.
    - Also, please let us know if you have any problems or arguments with our current team members.
    - Anything extra we might need to know about you?

    Team rules:
    1. DDosing is not allowed.
    2. Team killing is not allowed.
    3. Swearing is not allowed.
    4. Raging is be kept at minimum.
    5. Yelling at other player is not allowed.
    6. Blaming deaths on other teammates is not allowed.
    7. You must share loot with other teammates.
