Changes to the ammo system

    Currently the system for our ammo is primary guns start with 64 shots and pistols 32 with the addition of some guns using more ammo per shot than others, on EVERY other brawl server with guns it is possible to get tons and tons of ammo for any specific gun but on war with the AK you have the mag in your gun an extra and a random 4 rounds. My suggestion is that we make all guns take 1 ammo per shot and give them specific amounts of ammo

    M16, M4A1, AK, Famas, mac-10 ump-45, dissasembler: 30/90
    Lemen, pp90m1: 50/100
    Skully: 24/96
    USP: 12/36
    M9: 15/30
    Magnum: 6/24
    Deagle: 8/24
    Exe: 5/20
    Python: 9/27
    M1014, spas (both): 8/24
    AA12: 20/20
    Model1887: 4/36

    I'd rather see stats directly from CoD.
    For instance, the AA-12 lacks ammo.
    Would be nice though.

    In my version it only has 1 extra magazine (plus our aa12 lacks damage)

    The way it is now and they way you propose are essentially the same. One is just saving space.
    I would not mind having this as it adds to the realism. If they did making this the standard then every server would have to go this way too.

    I took the majority of these from Battlefield since MC-War is more extended, like Battlefield is. I don't think 30 + 60 would be sufficient. But some were edited because they were OP. (looks at Skullcrusher)

    bit on the tons o ammo side :stuck_out_tongue: I'm trying to make reasonable ammo capacities without making scavenger useless

    this isnt a free roam doe....... we need a free roam gun server thats not as rage inducing as warZ..... we need a planetside 2 server......

    Yah, not make ammo extensively as much. Maybe if the snipers got the ammo decreased and shots increased slightly, it may be better balances.

    If law had less ammo would that make it stronger? If mini had 150 ammo would that make it weaker? Cause if you change ammo on guns it changes damage or reload etc. Love the concept tho +1 agree :smile:

    Well, they should have mini's ammo capacity reduced from 999 to like 250-300 per clip. Make it a 4-5 second reload time like the LAW is

    Bumping back up because the thread @griffy718 made was locked.
    Personally, I think ammo should return to the way it was back in 2012 if it's too hard to have different ammo amounts for each gun.
    Back then, players had 128 primary and 64 secondary ammo. And that was probably nerfed to encourage scavenger.
    But now it's pay to win, so why not make it less pay to win and give everyone the benefit of normal ammo again?

    Keep mini cbow and ray the same (155 for mini and ray and cbow same as is) for all autos Can we get 1 full mag and 4 extra mags? exceptions are leman and p90.
    and for the aa12, spas 12 and 24, m1014 get 6 full reloads, moddel and iso gets 10 full reloads
