    McBrawl Moderator Application:

Are you active and helpful on our servers, forums, and Teamspeak? -

Yes, I am very active in all three fields. I am most active on the forums, because I can always check the forum on my mobile or iPad.

Approximately, how many rule breaker reports have you submitted? -

I have not counted how many I have reported, but I think it's about 30 pieces. I have also reported many players on the forums via the "Report" button.

How old are you? - I'm fifteen years old, I was born on ninth June 1999.

What time zone are you in? - I am in the timezone GMT+1 (Central Europe Time).

What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? -

I've been playing Minecraft for 5 years now. I got the game from my uncle as a birthday gift. I saw a lot of YouTubers play the game before I even got it, so I already knew a lot about it. The first two years I played Minecraft, I only played Vanilla singleplayer. After two years had passed, I started to play some good and fun multiplayer servers (SurvivalGames / HungerGames, KitPvP, Factions, Greative). I found a lot of Danish servers and I learned a lot about Minecraft from my Danish players. One day I was in the server list web and I found a Danish server called "DanishDiamond-craft". This server was great I will. It had both HungerGames, Factions and Greative. After some time, I became S-Mod and I was totally confused. I began to moderate the best I could. I banned, kicked and muted, and learned a lot of things. Eventually I became Head-Admin, but the server died because of that there was not enough donations.

After DanishDiamond-craft I found a new server called "SummerCraft". Here I learned to build large buildings and redstone machineries. One day contacted an Admin me, and he asked if I would help the staff team to build a new map "Oil Palace". The map was a huge success and I got the rank "Builder". After a while, I had to build a new map for the new HungerGames server. I built the best I could and it was a really good map. Everyone was happy with my work, although it had been really hard. There I learned something. That you should never give up in Minecraft.

At one point wondering owner of SummerCraft not play Minecraft more, and he closed the server. I went back in to any sites that had lists of minecraft servers. I found a server called "Mc-War" and the description of the server said "Mc-War is a game mode based on Call of Duty. Instead of Using bows and arrows, we have the coded a custom plugin so your tools shoot lethal snowballs. your goal is two rank up and earn credits to buy guns, killstreaks, and equipment." Okay, I thought, and tried the server out. I really loved Mc-War and I thought that, I would never stop playing it. One day when I was on Hypixel, I played Blitz SG, and to come to the lobby you need to write /hub. Another day when I was playing Mc-War I'd like to go to spawn, but I came to write /hub instead of /spawn. I came to McBrawl's hub and I found out all things (The Forum, the TeamSpeak server and the other McBrawl servers).

That's how I got here, and what I am right now.

What is your experience with moderating servers? -

I have a lot of experience in being a moderator. As I have written up there, I have been Head-Admin / S-Mod on a server called "DanishDiamond-craft". Unfortunately, I don't have a screenshot of that.

I also have a lot of experience in being coder for servers. The servers I've been coder on, I also what a kind admin on. I have been coder of three servers in total. I have been a coder at LoyalKingdoms (Dutch server) and the server DanishFactions. Right now I'm coder on the server "GunPvP" and here I have a screenshot of it: http://imgur.com/k1wGe4o

I also have experience as owner. I have my own server called "LollyCraft" which is about about 20 players on all day: http://imgur.com/obh3LhP

What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? -

I will help to answer all the questions being asked. I also contribute a lot of positive energy and I would also like to help everyone for a better gaming experience on McBrawl's servers. I will also help keep the servers free of Hackers, Spammers and those who exploit glitches in an unfair way. I will also try to make McBrawl servers more friendly and less "swearing-when-die / lost".

Have you ever used a hacked client before? - No, I would never get to. I hate those who use hacked clients and I would never try it myself.

Have you ever been banned on a Minecraft server? If so, why? -

Yes, but it was a mistake. One day when I played on Hypixel, started me and my friend to make a gameplay video. It started two lagg insanely much on the server. At one point froze it all, and I was hanging in the air. After 16-18 seconds, I was put in waiting box, and it said that I should wait for 10 seconds to I get banned. The server should obviously write a "legit" message to me why, I was banned. After 10 seconds, I was banned, but luckily I had the video so, I made a ban appeal and got unbanned.

How active do you consider yourself in-game? -

I am very active in-game. I'm about 3-5 hours on weekdays. On weekends I spend about 8-11 hours, because I do not really other things to do besides homework.

How active do you consider yourself on TS3? -

I am very active on the TeamSpeak server. I go online on the TeamSpeak server as soon as my computer is up and running. I speak with many different people in public rooms, I also speak sometimes with my "closer friends" in my private channel "Coding".

How active do you consider yourself on the forums? -

I am very active on the forums. Although I have only 820 messages, but it is rising all the time because I go through every thread is being made, and I just love the forums.

What do you consider your greatest strength? -

I consider my maturity and helpfulness to be my best qualities. I also consider my personality to be really good. That is to say that, I am a friendly and welcoming for those I meet.

What do you consider your greatest weakness? -

My grammar. I've always been bad at grammar, but I think I am getting more and more control over it through this community, and I am working hard to improve it.

How would you handle someone making a minor transgression for the first time? -

First, I kindly tell them to stop doing what is against the rules and warn them not to do it again.

How would you handle the same person doing it again a second time? -

I will again tell them kindly to stop, and to warn them that if they do it a third time, they could get fired for disobeying the rules.

How would you handle that person doing it again for the third time? -

If the same person makes it the third time, I'll kick him because of: disobeying a moderator and the rules.

What is your reaction if someone publicly proves you wrong on the forums? -

If I have said anything wrong, I would thank him for telling me that, I have said something wrong. If it's an opinion I have said, I will explain to him why I think this and that.

What would you do when someone breaks a rule on the forums? -

I would tell the person not to do it again and either lock post (gravedig) or report it (18+).

When would you lock a thread? -
    1. The thread have been resolved and if the question have been answered.
    2. If a person gravedigs a thread.
    3. If the owner ask for locking.
    4. If there is a flame-war between two or more people.
    5. If it a duplicate or spam thread.
    6. If it is a pointless thread or pointless posts are being posted onto the thread.
    7. If the thread breaks the forums rules.
    8. If the thread went off-topic.

Describe yourself in 3 words: Mature, friendly, caring.

Anything else we should know about you? - If the want to know more about me, just PM me.

Situation: A player is out of the map on MC-WAR. What are the steps that you would take to ensure that this player and situation is properly dealt with? -
    1. I will ask the player to get back into the map, or type /spawn.
    2. If that happens: I thank the person and ask him to show me how he got OOM.
    3. I will check the forums to see if this OOM already have been reported.
    4. If number two doesn't happens: I will kick the player for being OOM.
    5. If the player comes back, I will explain to him how unfair OOM is.
    6. If the player continues to do this, I will kick him and maybe temp-ban if he continues to do this.
Do you generally know how all the plugins and commands work? - Yes, I do.

Do you realize that if you are disrespectful or abuse your power, your power will be taken away? - Yes, I fully understand that my moderator rank will be taken away if I'm abusing it.

You created a well done application, on the forums I have seen friendly and nice to others but I've never seen you in game. I rarely see you on ts3 but I am sure it is the timezones. Overall: +1.

    Forums : +1
Your forum activity is very good (800+ posts). You are mature, helpful and kind on the forums. In your posts, you use proper grammar, spelling and punctuation.
    TeamSpeak 3 : +0
I usually see you on TS quite early in the morning. You are usually in a private channel whenever I see you, however I think we have very different timezones.
    In-Game : +0
I can't judge your McParty activity due to the fact that I don't play. However, I have played with you on War before and you were very helpful. You didn't rage and you were polite to other players.
    Application : +1
Your application is very good. You answered the questions with a good amount of detail and from your answers, I can tell that you have put a lot of time into your application.

    Overall : +1

    Good luck!

I am very active on Teamspeak. I just think the timezones do so that we do not see each other that often.:stuck_out_tongue:

Anyways, thank you for the positive feedback!

Do not go around and post "Why did you vote so and so" on people's walls. Yes, you may want answers but the way you are doing it is not the best.
Good application. It goes straight to the point. Post more helpful things on the forums. Get on TeamSpeak more often, though timezones may be the cause of this.
You're a good person and I believe that if you were to obtain the position, you would work with it well.

    Thank you!

I think it's because of the timezones you do not see me on Teamspeak. Yes, I have posted on many intros, but I do not write just " Hello Welcome to the forums 'Name'. ", I wrote a long post with helpful text, links and more.

    Your forums is good.

As for your in-game and ts activity. I cannot really judge it considering you're in a European timezone. From what others have said you seem to be active in those two areas.

    Therefore, +1
