    Myth: The SPAS-24 is the weakest shotgun in the game.
    Truth: It actually is pretty much identical to the SPAS-12 save for firerate and range.
    Myth: The Barrett is worse than the L118A in every way.
    Truth: The Barrett actually does slightly more damage than the L118A. However, it is so insignificant that it seems like the same amount of damage.
    Myth: The Magnum is a direct downgrade from the M9.
    Truth: Although it may seem like it is, it does slightly more damage. However, that damage increase barely helps.
    Myth: The Typhoid is terrible.
    Truth: It actually can deal as much damage as the Model in 1 burst.
    Myth: The Disassembler fires faster than the MSR.
    Truth: Nope. The Disassembler focuses on damage, being the highest damage DMR.
    Myth: The Isolator takes no skill.
    Truth: Actually it does take plenty of skill. Its hip accuracy is terrible, just like most snipers. To be able to quick scope is a skill that many seem to lack nowadays, favoring the Skullcrusher instead. In addition, nuking with a slow bolt action sniper rifle isn't that easy.
    Myth: Grenades can hit through walls.
    Truth: Nope, apparently not. C4 still retains that. However, flashbangs and molotovs can hit through walls.
    Myth: You can buy nukes/EMPs.
    Truth: Fortunately you can't. Let's hope it stays that way.
    Myth: Mods get huge game changing perks to abuse.
    Truth: All they get is the map changing command, the kick command and the mute command. They don't even get a MVP bonus like WarZ mods do.
    Myth: The admins don't care.
    Truth: Why do you think this server is still up and fully updated to 1.8 if they don't care at all?
    Myth: Gun aimbots exist.
    Truth: The guns are all done server side. Therefore a gun aimbot is impossible.
    Myth: Non prestige players cannot own clans.
    Truth: They can, but they must be given the clan by the clan creator.
    Myth: M16 and M4 suck.
    Truth: They are actually very deadly. They can be used kind of like the Skullcrusher/Lamentation.
    Myth: The Python is better than the Dragunov in all aspects.
    Truth: The Dragunov has a longer range. :v

    Myth: The Isolator is the only gun that can kill in one hit.
    Truth: Nope. Every gun can; you just have to be at 0.5 hearts. v:
    At full health, all sniper rifles and almost all shotguns can. However, the only guaranteed one shot kill if you hit is the Isolator, ignoring armor.
    Myth: Headshots have a random chance of hitting.
    Truth: wat
    Literally aim for the head and you get a headshot.

    Myth: The minigun requires no skill to use.
    Truth: Well, you have to be smart enough to not stand in the open. Other than that though....
    Myth: The AA-12 sucks.
    Truth: It kills in a minimum of 2 hits, combined with its high firerate and ability to spray down opponents. Right...

    Myth: @Majora_Jora likes giving random ratings that make no sense, then be that one guy who rates it negative and leaves it so, then gives a like on a random profile post after, then removes all evidence of rating it negative, all this happening the day before negative ratings are removed as a test. After, he gives a random confusing rating.
    Truth: .... can't deny this

    This is pretty nice. However, some of these are just opinion and misinformation that a user has. You should look at things like "Can any other gun OSK other than iso?" or "Can grenades kill through walls?"

    But what bugs me most is this:

    The way you implied the first myth is kind of wrong. Many people see the Spas24 as suckish, but not the weakest shotgun in-game. Pretty much everyone knows it's still better than the M1014.

    No seriously there's like, a few people who know the SPAS-24 is better than the M1014. They're comparing it to other prestige guns :L

    Sadly people believe these myths are true. Only if arrogant war players would actually read these posts and realize that they are wrong about the lower tiered guns.

    For the one of aimbot, ever heard of Apollo?
    While it's for WarZ, it's still likely possible for War.
    Good job though, I remember when the iso was considered so nooby.
    Actually the first person to regard the Iso as a no-skill gun was Tac, Joeymast just got the term Iso noob.

    Truth: it does not, it is a walking lag machine and it sends you flying 20 blocks in the air

    *All War moderators and Gmoderators get MVP in War, just like in WarZ*
    But a bit different I guess:
    3credits per kill < MVP
    35xp per kill < VIP
    So yeah..

    Then why does it cost 8 times more creds....

    Map changing was removed for a while, then it got readded. Who knows why. Propably the mods got bored of explaining that they can't even change the map anymore. And War Mods DO have MVP now :grinning:

    Tell that myth to the comboing WarZ Players.... I heard they like the Barrett/M16 combo :v

    I already won a ffa using AA12. It can be a lot of fun to use it.

    well if the typhoid takes 3 ammo to do the same damage as the model then it really does suck because it takes longer to get that damage out with the model being able to deal out that damage instantly plus typhoid then requires scav to not run out of ammo which the model does not.
    Can any other gun kill in 1 hit other than isolater, that's not a myth that's a question and the truth is an answer.........

    For all those myths which are actually questions - blame the people who posted above >:v

    My point is, the Typhoid isn't necessarily terrible, since it can deal around the damage of the Model in 1 burst, with a slightly higher rate of rate. That doesn't make it better, but it shows that the Typhoid is not "terrible."
