Map Moderator

I have been thinking about this idea for a long time and i think this could be really helpful.

On many servers there are a variety of maps (mc-war, warz , party (?) etc)
there are always many maps that get submitted, especially for war, and they are all pretty good.
but most of the time, only mods check the map submissions (unless if it is made by a popular map maker)
so here is a suggestion i have:

A new rank for on the forums: Map Moderator

how to become one:
you basicly make an app just like a mod app but instead you will talk about things that also fit in the Creative apps. after the app is made an admin (ofcourse) has to check it and see if he is ready for it.
if he gets accepted he will get the rank same like any other rank.

Map Moderators can also be chosen by Admins at random, when they feel that they deserve it.

admins are automaticly a Map Moderator.

what do they do:
Map Moderators will look at map submissions and also need to see the map in person. once that is done, they will give ratings, tips and all the other things that are useful for a map (More detailed description below).
if they think a map is good enough they can contact other Map Moderators and he will tell: who made the map, What the map is like and why it should be chosen. after that, they can discuss if the map gets added or not.

How they will rate a map:
Map makers will rate the map in a scale from 1 to 10. a map that is 10 is detailed, big and cannot be glitched on (easily).

the way they will look at the map is with the following factors:
Size.
Detail.
Looks.
How fair the map is.
If it has many glitches.
If it would work.
If it is liked by many players.

they will give these factors a rating from 1 to 10 and then calculate the average.
for instance:
A map is:
Very large (9)
Kinda detailed (6)
Looks amazing (10)
Has many glitches(3)
Is unfair to the red team(5)
And would overall work decently with the gamemodes (7)
It is liked by almost every person (9)

this will let them calculate the average of it wich is (9+6+10+3+5+7+9) : 7 = 7

lemme answer all of your questions

it really depends how many people will get this rank. as i said before, all admins will have this rank.
also i think that many popular map makers (@sturmspitz , @patrickdemooij9 etc)
That will be chosen by the admins.
It will however be considered a staff rank (it will be a lot like wiki editor)
all the Map mods discuss wich maps are getting accepted.
It will be under their name (hopefully)
they can also be mods so yeah.. if they are not mod they will just look at maps.
