Odd ban

Question: I may be missing something, but dickeymickey https://www.brawl.com/bans/?value=dickeymickey&key=player is banned for alt of cj, and cj is banned for alt of dickey https://www.brawl.com/bans/?value=cjsrocks25&key=player
I don't get it because none of them are perma banned for like hacking or something they are just banned for being alts of each other v: alts are allowed as long as it's not ban evading
