    Hello, Users! Recently, a topic was posted to make a certain amount of posts be for you apply for staff.

    This way was totally, un-efficient and spammy.

    So, how about we base it of reputation, so players don't spam to posts. This way, if people spam they automatically get disliked. - There for, they can't apply. However, if it comes to people disliking for no reason they shouldn't enforce this. - Thanks!

    Truth told, judging by my past experience I can tell you that there is no need in having 300 posts thinking you can get mod since you can have less and still become a mod.
    Reputation as also something to do with it but it's really who you are that counts.

    I agree, however... Who you are, is voted on reputation.
    The higher the rep, the more the community recommends you.

    There is no certain requirement of post for moderator. But we want our moderators to be active on the forums so they can know what's going on and help out. So it's recommended 300+ Posts.

    Forum activity shouldn't even be determined by a numerical value. Besides, there have been accepted applicants in the past (ierebos, cuddlemonster09) who applied with much less than 300 posts.

    Not to be rude but you can have a very good reputation and be a total twat and rude person.
