Clan Organization

Hello users, welcome back to another topic! Today, were going to talk about clan organization. Now, about this I don't mean "organizing Times" etc. - I mean Members!

There's many systems you can work of-of, here they are:

- Points
- Guilds
- HotIce

Let's discuss each of these! - Let's begin.

Points:
This is a system used by FLUX, HAWK and a few other clans. Each member has a maximum of 7 Points. Clan Moderators/Owners can take away points. Owners are known to add points. However, the moderator must have PERMISSION from a Owner to do so. This is how it also works;

- Kicking without Reason - 6 Points Off
- Getting Banned - 7 Points (Simply kicked out)
- Swearing - 3 Points off
- Disrespecting Others - 4 Points off
- Causing Drama - 4 Points off

These are quite common, however you can customize the points, and reasons.

Adding Points:

- Getting 3-6 people to join the clan - + 4 Points
- Being nice, and helping others - + 5 Points
- Earning clan Moderator - + 7 Points (Trusted users, a great part of a clan!)
- Encouraging Others - + 4 Points
- Reporting a Clan Member - + 2 Points

These are also common points added on!

So, when the user does something bad, they subtract points.
When a user does something good, they add points.
If 30 Points is reached, Moderator may be given.
If 0 Points is received, User may be kicked.

Guilds:
Guilds are separate groups of people, based on behavior.
There are 2 E-Groups (Highest) (Main), Known as:
- Emperor
- Semi
- Members

Within these are a few users, Emperor - 1-2, Semi - 2-3, These are the main members of the guild and help others out.

- Clan Moderators belong in a Guild of your choice.

Then there are the B-Groups (Lowest) (Non-Liked)
These Guilds are given by the players who behave bad, the groups here are:

- Bash
- OTC

OTC - Of the Chart
Bash - Banging at serious harshness

Seems crazy right! These groups are held by many bad clan mates, however each clan mate can earn there way back up the guild scale!

So it goes:
- Emperor (Owners/Co-Owners)
- Semi (High/Moderators)
- Member (Members/New)
- Bash (Warned Players/Ice)
- OTC (Almost kicked out, but on thin ice!)

HotIce:
HotIce, is a way not many clans use but saying people may use.

There's rules to Hot Ice:
- No Swearing
- No Drama
- No Rudeness
- Respect Others
- Respect Higher Ranks
- No Inapp Talk

Now, Hot Ice is sort of limited.. But this is used by clans who like to get all up in your "bis".
These people, can still use this method but it's always useful to have some rules.

These are based on Hot Ice, and Cold Ice + Thin Ice. Let's get started

Hot Ice, is a mention of good players, and very helpful ones, Such as Moderators/Owners.

Cold Ice, is a Group for Members and New comers (Recruits) -

Thin Ice, is "Hated" Members, but still acceptable to have..

I recommend, the HotIce method the most.. Just to "Destroy" Others bad attitudes! - Not that yours is bad.
I've used this on a few people during my Mc-War days, they understand it better than a few others.

Based on Users attitude, you set players on a level. It's there job to memorize it but keep in mind if someone lies about it, they go to Thin Ice!

Some of the Things above, are not used by many! - So chose wisely.
