Re-add the Staff Members List

Since the staff members list was replaced with the newest members list, I think the staff should re-include the staff members list below the newest members list. I really liked using that list to know when a staff member got demoted or there was a new addition to the McBrawl staff team. With the staff tab, it's harder to tell if someone got demoted, or if we got a new mod.
