    Pretty self explanatory, really. On several recent occasions I've wanted to rate something neutral, but hey, I can't. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's kinda frustrated by this.

    But really, I do like it. Neutral isn't negative at all, it just means you're questionable about the topic or post's suggestions.

    There's not an explicit use for the neutral rating, so I don't see why the neutral rating should return when replying to the controversy of a post is more effective.

    A rating is an extension of one's opinion. Other times, they are used as an alternative to writing an actual post, as one doesn't always have the will or time to write out a response. If I'd want to express my neutrality, the only way I would be able to do this is by writing out a reply? We have agree ratings, likes, disagrees and dislikes because they're simple and easy ways of showing opinion. Why should neutrality be any different?

    And all that aside, what actual bad could come of re-instituting the neutral ratings system?

    The neutral rating would be used if a thread turns in a bit of a discussion, so instead of writin you just rate people's posts.
